Brainy Holiday Party for the Simons Foundation

Brain

The Simons Foundation, Math for America and Euclidean Capital had their joint holiday party at the Museum of Natural History this year. Staff members were treated to a private viewing of the “Brain” exhibition, after which they enjoyed a lovely dinner right in the middle of the planetarium. That is a very cool party space! Marilyn Simons, the President of the Simons Foundation, had seen me at the event back in April honoring Stony Brook’s CN Yang, and asked me to illustrate the exhibition in a funny and magical way. Well, that certainly got my neurons firing! It was a real delight to work on the show.
